Paracletos, founded by husband-and-wife team Tyler and Megan Bourgeois, is a faith-driven company dedicated to serving professionals across healthcare, construction, and insurance. Built on the pillars of constancy, excellence, and stewardship, Paracletos operates three specialized divisions to meet the unique needs of those we serve:
Before founding Paracletos in 2024, Tyler spent 20 years managing hundreds of millions of dollars in infrastructure and renewable energy projects. Today, he leads the family business, volunteers as an EMT with Lewis County Search and Rescue, and remains active in several veteran and civic organizations. Megan, a former maternity nurse (RN), now homeschools their four children and brings her nurturing spirit into both their family and the heart of Paracletos.
